Drink plenty of fluids

Our body is composed of at least 70% water. This makes us neutralize the heat from our environment. But with extreme heat, our body loses an ample amount of water that will lead to dehydration. To prevent this scenario, drinking plenty of water or any fluids like fruit juice or soda will help our body cool down. Well, water is the best solution for this problem. Also consider drinking flavored waters for variety.

Wear comfortable apparel

This is one of the best solutions for beating the heat this summer. Clothes that are lightweight and lighter colors should be considered. You can opt to also focus on the materials. For instance, you should prefer cotton, linen, silk and satin fabric for your clothes. Also, avoid using leather materials or thick fabric.
